As AI, sustainability, and risk management continue to shape the corporate travel landscape, the inaugural Business Travel Show Asia Pacific, taking place at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, on 16-17 April 2025, offers an educational platform for corporate travel professionals to stay ahead of the curve.

The event’s conference programme will feature expert insights from leaders like Stas Melnikov, Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, and Richard Hancock, Regional Director APAC at Crisis24. These industry figures will address the latest trends and strategies surrounding automation, carbon footprint reduction, and effective risk management.

Over 200 corporate travel buyers and 50 exhibitors from around the world will gather to share knowledge and solutions.

Alongside the conference sessions, attendees can explore:

  • Business Travel Innovation Faceoff: A showcase of companies transforming corporate travel tech, including finalists like Acai, Travog, Trip.biz, Zenmer, and WegoPro.

  • BTN Academy: Sessions focused on building successful travel programmes.

  • BTN Communities: Confidential buyer-only sessions that provide insights on optimising small to mid-sized travel programmes.

  • Networking opportunities with senior decision-makers and business leaders.

Nelson Khoo, events director for Business Travel Show Asia Pacific, said, “We’ve created a conference programme that not only addresses current challenges but also provides the right forum for expert advice to support growth.” He added, “The agenda is comprehensive but still leaves plenty of time for meetings, ensuring attendees leave with answers and actionable insights.”

The event will run alongside The Meetings Show Asia Pacific. Corporate travel buyers and meetings planners can attend for free, subject to qualifications, while non-exhibiting suppliers may purchase tickets.
