CruiseWorld Asia is returning for 2024, taking place on 9 October at the Pan Pacific Singapore. This event will feature an impressive lineup of industry experts, thought leaders, and key stakeholders, focusing on the evolving cruise market in Asia. The theme this year centres around the potential of the region and strategies for travel agents to attract new-to-cruise travellers, a demographic that has accounted for 27% of cruise passengers in the past two years.

WiT Singapore 2024: Defining the 'Next Generation'
WiT Singapore is a conference that explores the future of travel, focusing on next-generation trends, sustainability, and digital innovation within the industry.
Following CruiseWorld Asia, the Web in Travel (WiT) conference will take place from 14 to 16 October. This year’s theme focuses on the concept of the "Next Generation," exploring its implications for the travel industry. The event will feature the Great WiT Debate, addressing whether younger generations will make poorer choices than their predecessors.

HICAP 2024: A focus on hotel investment
In addition to these events, the 34th edition of the Hotel Investment Conference Asia Pacific (HICAP) will be held from 16 to 18 October at the Fairmont Singapore & Swissotel The Stamford.
The conference will feature over 140 speakers discussing trends and opportunities in the hotel investment landscape across the Asia-Pacific region. Notable speakers include Sébastien Bazin, CEO of Accor, and Mark Hoplamazian, CEO of Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
HICAP will also honour industry leader Robert Hecker with the Lifetime Achievement Award, recognising his contributions to the field.
