Wong, with over two decades of experience in hospitality and tourism, will focus on optimising operations, enhancing the guest experience, and driving the hotel's growth and expansion plans.
Wong brings a strong track record in commercial strategy, operational excellence, and market expansion, having held senior leadership roles with notable brands such as IHG, Conrad, Dusit Thani, and the Hong Kong Tourism Board. His leadership in market positioning, F&B innovation, and operational efficiency has been instrumental in driving success at his previous positions. Since relocating to Singapore in 2022, Wong has developed an in-depth understanding of the local hospitality landscape.
