The Norwegian Spirit has arrived in Singapore on 6 January 2025 as part of its largest-ever deployment in Asia. The ship will offer a range of itineraries from 8 to 15 days, focusing on extended port stays in destinations such as Osaka, Tokyo, Incheon, Bangkok, and Singapore.
Ben Angell, vice president and managing director, NCL Asia-Pacific, said, “We are excited to welcome Norwegian Spirit to Singapore for the first time so guests can experience first-hand how cruising with NCL offers more to see, more to do, more to enjoy and provides more value.”
Joining Norwegian Spirit in the region are Norwegian Sun and Norwegian Sky, expanding NCL’s Asia itineraries through March 2026. Norwegian Sun will offer 11-to-15-day sailings exploring countries such as Japan, Thailand, and Vietnam. Travellers can also combine cruises with land-based tours in cities such as Incheon, Singapore, Tokyo, and Taipei for a seamless travel experience.
Looking ahead, Norwegian Jade will debut in Asia in October 2026 with a seven-month season of itineraries ranging from 9 to 14 days, visiting homeports including Tokyo, Incheon, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
NCL has also introduced its More At Sea package for voyages starting from 1 January 2025, featuring expanded amenities such as premium beverage options, specialty dining, and enhanced Wi-Fi services.
