Galaxy Macau has launched the Broadway Macau Food Festival, running from 25 October to 10 November, every Friday to Sunday evening.
This vibrant festival features over 30 food stalls, showcasing a rich variety of local and traditional dishes that highlight Macau's culinary heritage.
Visitors can look forward to an array of offerings, including century-old brands and local favourites such as dried fruits curated by historic establishments, shrimp paste passed down through generations, iconic egg waffles that have delighted taste buds for over 70 years, and classic ice cream with an 80-year tradition.
Additional highlights include Pork Trotter and Ginger, signature crab rice from Soi Lou Weng Restaurant, preservative-free coffee from Cheng Chau Chou Kei, and nostalgic ice cream from Lai Kei. The festival aims to provide a lively atmosphere that celebrates both established and emerging culinary talents.
