Qantas has launched a new nonstop service between Singapore and Darwin, providing travellers with a direct link to Australia’s Top End. The inaugural flight departed Singapore on 30 March 2025, adding over 70,000 seats annually on the route.
The service operates four times a week – on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays – using a Boeing 737-800 aircraft with 12 Business and 162 Economy seats. The flight time is approximately 4 hours and 50 minutes.
Qantas CEO International, Cam Wallace, highlighted the benefits of the new route, stating, “We’re delighted to be offering another option for Singaporeans to experience the magic of Australia’s Top End and strengthen the important trade and business links between the Lion City and Australia. By adding over 70,000 new seats from our hub in Singapore, this new route will open up more options for travellers to make Darwin the first stop on their Australian itinerary.”
Return fares for the route start from SGD 434 in Economy, including checked baggage, meals, beverages, and in-flight entertainment. Qantas Frequent Flyers can also redeem Classic Award seats.
Eligible Qantas customers will have access to the Qantas International First or Business Lounge at Changi Airport and the Qantas Club in Darwin.
