Sweden Beach Palace, billed as Dubai’s most exclusive private island venue, has officially opened for bookings.
Part of The World Islands, a development six kilometres off the coast of Dubai, guests will arrive at Swedish Beach Palace by private yacht or chartered boat.
Located in The Heart of Europe – six islands, each inspired by a European country – Sweden Beach Palace has nine beachfront homes set in tropical gardens, each with access to a spa with a ‘snow room’ and a private beach.
Sweden Beach Palace is flagging its suitability as an events destination, especially for high-level corporate retreats.
The island can host up to 300 guests in indoor and outdoor layouts and provide event planning, concierge and catering services.
The area is also home to Portofino Resort and the soon-to-launch Buddha-Bar Resort on Honeymoon Island, as well as new themed hotels named after Cannes, Nice, and St. Tropez, while Floating Venice is under development and promises gondolas, coral-viewing villas, and underwater rooms with panoramic windows.
Set to open in 2026, the 150-key Marbella Resort Hotel, Vignette Collection, will offer a Spanish Costa Del Sol experience with a 1km-long climate-controlled street where it rains every day and an apres ski bar connected to a ‘snow plaza’.
