Time Out Market Osaka officially opened on 21 March 2025. Located in the Grand Green Osaka district, this new market offers a mix of local flavours and cultural experiences, bringing together food, drink, and entertainment in a vibrant urban space.

Spanning 3,000 sqm, the market hosts 17 kitchens and two bars, featuring a variety of dining options that reflect the diverse culinary traditions of the Osaka and Kansai regions. The market offers everything from authentic Japanese cuisine to Korean-inspired dishes, gourmet burgers, and modern Mexican food.

Some of the standout food offerings include:

  • Nikutoieba Matsuda: A wagyu kappo restaurant, serves beef prepared in five different ways, including meat sushi and sukiyaki.

  • Kankokushokudo Iru: Serving up Korean comfort food, with dishes like ginseng chicken soup and sides such as kimchi and pancakes.

  • Mel Coffee Roasters: A local favourite providing expertly brewed drip coffee and single-origin lattes.

  • Gion Tokuya: Offering Kyoto-style shaved ice and Honwarabi mochi, made with Uji Kintoki matcha and premium sugar.

Alongside the food, the market features a bar programme with local sake, beer, and a range of cocktails. Visitors can also enjoy cultural experiences such as live music and art exhibitions, with a variety of activities catering to both adults and families.
