Singapore’s Travel DMC Group has launched a Tours & Transfers API through its operational arm, KP Transport Pte Ltd, which “opens new doors for seamless booking flows – offering speed, flexibility, and full service visibility to the global travel trade”.

It also positions KP Transport as a “digital-first ground transport leader”, the DMC said.

Travel DMC says the API signals a major shift in how online travel agencies, local travel agents, and tech platforms connect with Singapore’s tours, attraction tickets, and airport transfers – providing instant confirmation, real-time availability, and automated driver dispatch for both shared and private transfers.

The API is now live with major global OTAs including GetYourGuide, Kkday, GlobalTix, Headout, and several niche operators.

The platform is open to local and regional travel agents who can access the same inventory via portal login

“This isn’t just another booking tool – it’s an infrastructure upgrade for the entire industry,” said Shiv Kumar Gokhar, CEO of Travel DMC Group. “With this API, we’re connecting global travel platforms directly with our ground network in Singapore.

“It empowers OTAs, supports our agent partners, and uplifts local drivers by giving them direct access to real-time bookings.

“We work as one family – our OTAs, our agents, our drivers,” added Gokhar. “This technology was built to serve them all.”

Unlike traditional transport booking systems, the KP Transport API integrates driver-side automation – ensuring every booking is instantly assigned to one of hundreds of local private transfer drivers within the company’s ecosystem.

“This approach reduces delays and creates direct income opportunities for independent drivers who are often left out of digital travel ecosystems,” Gokhar added.

The platform is open to:

  • OTAs and tech platforms seeking API connectivity

  • Local and regional travel agents who can access the same inventory via portal login

  • Operators and DMCs looking to expand Singapore offerings
