Resorts World Cruises has announced that its ship, Resorts World One, will homeport in Keelung, Taiwan, from 30 April to 9 November 2025. The 1,800-passenger vessel will offer various itineraries to Japan, including 3-, 4-, and 6-day cruises to Okinawa, Kyushu, Honshu, and Shikoku.

A highlight of the 2025 season will be 15 sailings of a 6-day cruise to Osaka (via Wakayama) and Kochi, coinciding with World Expo 2025 Osaka. Passengers will have the opportunity to visit the expo, which runs until 13 October 2025.

The cruise line will also reintroduce popular itineraries from Keelung to Okinawa and Kyushu, including 6-day cruises to Kumamoto, Kagoshima, and Naha, as well as Nagasaki, Kagoshima, and Naha. Weekend getaways will be available with 3-day cruises to Okinawa (Ishigaki or Miyakojima).

Michael Goh, President of Resorts World Cruises, stated: "We would like to thank the Taiwan market for the tremendous support that had led to the strong and positive cruise demand for the Resorts World One for two consecutive years. With the ship returning in 2025, we are committed to further developing the Fly-Cruise segment from across Asia, injecting inbound tourists to cruise from Keelung to Japan pre and post cruise stay."

Resorts World Cruises aims to promote Keelung as a fly-cruise hub for Japan, expecting to attract inbound passengers from various parts of Asia. Additionally, Resorts World Cruises will introduce a new Balcony Class, offering priority check-in and out, onboard privileges, and complimentary amenities.
