Rail Europe is rolling out RailGroupEasy, a tool it says simplifies group train bookings for a wider audience, including travel agents, schools, corporate clients and individual travellers booking for groups of 25 or more.
The product provides a range of services, including luggage porters, catering, welcome services and customisable branding options to enhance the travel experience for passengers, Rail Europe said.
Current key accounts and global sales agents can continue to use their accustomed group bookings mechanisms, according to Rail Europe.
"At Rail Europe, we understand the unique challenges that come with organising group travel. RailGroupEasy is our answer to these challenges, providing tailored solutions and dedicated support from our expert Groups Department.
We're committed to making group bookings more streamlined and enjoyable for both travel agents and direct customers," said Valentina Cesani, chief customer officer at Rail Europe.
