Asia Premier Cruises (APC) Corporation is set to launch an extraordinary cave dining experience at Dragon Pearl Cave in northern Vietnam, beginning in April 2025. This immersive offering will transform the vast, 150-million-year-old cavern into a unique dining and entertainment venue.

Spanning 4,000 sqm and soaring 45 metres above sea level, Dragon Pearl Cave is one of the largest in Bai Tu Long’s Cam Pha district. Often referred to as “a theatre inside a mountain”, its two grand chambers feature stunning natural formations of stalactites and stalagmites, creating a dramatic backdrop for dining and performances.

The 2.5-hour experience will accommodate up to 800 guests daily, offering both an international buffet and fine dining options. A highlight of the evening will be a 45-minute live performance by the Suc Song Moi Orchestra, blending traditional Vietnamese music with modern orchestral elements.

Guests arriving via Halong International Cruise Port will be transported to the cave, where they will first gather in the reception chamber before moving into the larger chamber for dining and entertainment. Natural daylight filtering into the space will enhance the cave’s mystical atmosphere.

APC chairman Nguyen Cao Son describes the venture as a "bucket-list item," inspired by recent orchestral performances filmed in the cave. "Our mystical cave dining journey will mark a new milestone in Vietnam’s cultural tourism, turning a UNESCO World Heritage-listed site into a remarkable stage that celebrates nature, history, art, and cuisine in a way never seen before," he said.
