Dubai is gearing up to introduce an exciting new destination with the Burj Azizi, which will rise to an impressive 725 metres, making it the world’s second tallest building once completed. Developed by Azizi Developments, this ambitious project is expected to transform the city’s skyline, with a completion date set for 2028.

The Burj Azizi will boast 131 floors packed with attractions, including the world’s highest nightclub, restaurant, and observation deck. Guests can look forward to a luxury experience featuring a “Seven Star” hotel inspired by different cultures, upscale apartments, and a range of entertainment options such as wellness centres, swimming pools, gyms, and cinemas.

“Our investment in Burj Azizi, exceeding AED 6 billion [about US$1.6 billion], shows our commitment to creating not just a stunning building but a whole new attraction for Dubai,” said Mirwais Azizi, Founder & Chairman of Azizi Developments.

In addition to Burj Azizi, the Tiger Sky Tower is also in the works, set to be another highlight for visitors. This tower will break five world records, including the highest infinity pool and the tallest zip line at 1,467 feet. It will feature a lush rainforest and offer breathtaking views from its penthouse, which will be located 1,414 feet in the air. The Tiger Sky Tower is scheduled to open in 2029.

With these exciting projects, Dubai is set to become a must-visit destination for those looking for luxury and entertainment, making it a perfect spot for tourists eager to explore new heights.
