The Maldives is set for another big uptick in its luxury offerings
with the 2026 arrival of the island chain’s first dedicated superyacht
marina.
Developed by UAE company Atoll Estates, the development will comprise
an Uber Luxury Resort, an Experiential Luxury Resort, and a Modern
Lifestyle Resort. The super yacht marina will accommodate 120 berths,
With a collective offering of 475 keys, Zamani Islands - designed in
partnership with Dubai-based architects Killa Design - is set within
500 hectares of a natural lagoon in the South Malé Atoll.
“By providing state-of-the-art facilities for superyachts, the marina
will attract more high-net-worth individuals and yachting enthusiasts
to the region,” says Amit Majumder, co-founder and managing partner of
Atoll Estates.
The initial phase of the development, the Uber Luxury Resort, will
offer a collection of private residences, each with a superyacht berth
at the marina.
The Experiental Luxury Resort of 199 villas will include a private
island beach club for over 21s, and multiple dining experiences, while
the Modern Lifestyle Resort will have a total of 300 keys, a yacht and
sailing club, dining and entertainment facilities.
