The basketball courts heat up from 7 December with the NBA Legends Celebrity Game hosted by Sands China. On 11 December, Melco’s Studio City Event Center will host the 2024-25 East Asia Super League’s inaugural Macau Classic, featuring Asia’s top basketball teams in exhilarating matchups. Travel agents can highlight the chance to cheer on Macao’s own Black Bears.

From slam dunks to volleys, the MGM Macau Tennis Masters 2024 makes a return at the Macau Forum from 23 to 25 December with Li Na and Michael Chang leading their teams and competing with international elites Grand Slam finalist Casper Ruud and Paris Olympics bronze medalist Lorenzo Musetti.
The new year will usher in a new event, 2025 MGM Macao International Regatta – MACAO Match Cup, held 8 to 12 January, jointly organised by the Sports Bureau of the Macao SAR Government, MGM, and the Ursa Major Sailing Event Management. The match racing event will take place over five racing days alongside the 2025 MGM Macao International Regatta alongside Macao’s picturesque waterfront.
